I woke up at 6:30 am today. I didn't feel like having breakfast yet so I rolled around in bed for a bit. I've read that you should have breakfast within an hour and a half of waking up in order to start up your metabolism and have it running efficiently.
Didn't feel like it, so I stayed in bed thinking maybe my body wouldn't know it was awake if it hadn't gotten out of bed yet. I wonder which knows better. The body or the brain.
